How our 24/7 Instant Delivery Works

After your purchase is completed, you will be instantly sent an email titled "RealmStock Item Delivery".
The email contains login information (email & password) for a RotMG account. You can log into this account on RotMG's Website and trade the items to your own account.

How to safely retrieve the items

  1. After you have found the RotMG account login information in your email, log in on RotMG's Website using the information. Make sure to not accidentally include any colons or spaces if you copy and paste the info! The password IS case sensitive.
  2. If prompted to set security questions, make them whatever you like - we do not touch or use accounts after they are sold, it belongs to you.
  3. Go in-game and transfer the items OFF of the provided account onto your own.
  4. After the items have been removed, don't use the provided account for further storage, it should just be discarded.
