Due to the nature of the product, we will not provide refunds for normal orders. Once the items are sent to you they are yours - and we will do everything we can to make sure they get to you quickly and safely.
What if I don't get my order?
Please contact us and provide us with the information you used at checkout so we can find your order and make sure it is sent to the correct location.
What if the accounts are banned?
We always replace banned accounts! Make sure you let us know that the account was banned within a week of ordering, and we may also provide compensation items.
What if the accounts don't work?
We will help you log in to access your items, and if the account doesn't work due to an error on our part, we will replace it and may provide compensation for any time delays.
Fraudulent orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may have significant refund delays.
